Podcast Episode 15: Mark Hesse

In this episode, I talked with Mark Hesse, who at the time of this interview was a “free agent”, after having worked as a Performance Development Manager at USA-Swimming for the past 8 years. Prior to his stint at USA-Swimming, Mark coached in several different LSCs and in many different roles. More recently, Mark played a huge role in USA-Swimming’s attempt to help educate (and calm) coaches during the COVID crisis, and we do get to talk about that in a little more detail.
