Podcast Episode 11: Chris Pfaff (Carmel Swim Club)

In this episode, I sat down with Chris Pfaff, who’s the Head Age Group Coach for Carmel Swim Club, in Carmel, IN. Prior to landing in Carmel, Chris paid his coaching dues by volunteering time with Boilermaker Aquatics in Indiana, and also did several Swim Camps with Purdue University.

I visited him at Carmel back in the Fall of 2019, but that was a brief visit and I didn’t have the time to interview anyone on staff while there, so I was happy to make up for it with the help of technology. I was very impressed with Chris and the club  during my visit, and think you’ll also be impressed with him during this interview.

This was another episode I recorded while the whole world is halted to help slow down the spread of COVID-19, so once again we spent a few minutes in the beginning talking about how they are handling this scenario, and also about lessons learned and things we might continue doing once we’re back to normalcy.
